Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account data: email, display name.
- Goal data: goals, stakes, completion records.
- Payment data: last four digits of your card, brand, expiry, and a Stripe payment method identifier. Full card numbers and CVC codes are stored by Stripe, never by us.
- Authorization records: per-goal consent records (goal name, stake, timestamp, IP address, user agent, device model) used as evidence if a charge is disputed.
- Device identifiers required for push notifications and app functionality.
How we use it
- To run the Service (create goals, track completion, charge stakes on failure).
- To defend against chargebacks using per-goal authorization records.
- To send account and receipt emails.
We do not sell your data.
Third parties
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — backend, database, authentication.
- Apple — push notifications.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Authorization records and charge receipts are retained for 7 years for accounting and dispute defense.
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion removes personal data except legally-required financial records. See our account deletion guide.
